baby spinach

200 grams

smoked salmon

1 tbsp

baby capers

1/4 cup

sour cream

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1 1/2 tbsp

dill

1 1/2 tbsp

chives

1 pinch

castor sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

preheat oven to 180 line tray with baking paper toss tomatoes with salt pepper and oil and cook 10 mind or until tender

* Step 2

fry cheese until golden and set aside

* Step 3

cook asparagus until just tender

* Step 4

arrange spinach leaves on platter, top with salmon, cheese, tomatoes and asparagus sprinkle with capers

* Step 5

to make dressing

* Step 6

place ingredients in a bowl or jar and combine well, season with salt and pepper

* Step 7

note: a tbl of water can be added to dressing to help combine
