Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook your noodles for about 3-4 minutes, strain, and set aside.

* Step 2

SautΓ© broccoli, carrots, stir fry vegetables, and white mushrooms in oiled non stick pan for a few minutes. Just until the stir fry vegetables are fully defrosted and the other vegetables have sweat a little bit. You still want some crunch.

* Step 3

Add your noodles and preferred amount of Soy Vay sauce into the same pan as the sautΓ©d vegetables. Stir on high heat for about 5 minutes and everything is fully incorporated.

* Step 4

The Soy Vay sauce is extremely seasoned so don’t add any salt.

* Step 5

Plate, serve, enjoy!
