Stuffed Bell Peppers (Vegetarian)
Serve with a tbsp of Sour Cream on top 🥰 It’s just an idea for inspiration. Ingredients are approximately listed. But it worked exactly for 6 peppers in my case.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the rice slightly undercooked.
* Step 2
Peel and shred the carrots. Fry it on medium high heat.
* Step 3
Cut the top open of 5 or 6 bell peppers (how many fits in your big pot standing with top up). Chop the tops of the bell peppers. It will go into stuffing.
* Step 4
Add chopped bell peppers to the carrots to fry. Meanwhile cut tomatoes. Add tomatoes to the pan.
* Step 5
Add meatless ground and spices. Add some tomato juice if it’s dry.
* Step 6
Add cooked rice. The stuffing is ready.
* Step 7
Stuff the bell peppers with the filling.
* Step 8
Fill the pot with Tomato juice to the peppers top level. Cover and Cook for 30 mins.
