Vegetarian bee hoon
Someone told me today is Guan Yin birthday. So I'm inspired to cook a pure vegetarian recipe which has no garlic, onion, chilli or egg. For the flavor, I use the vegetarian oyster flavor sauce.

Cooking instructions

Soak the rice vermicelli with water for 10 minutes. Drain and leave aside.
* Step 3
Slice the french bean thinly.
* Step 4
Remove the stalk. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
* Step 5
Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with high heat. Saute the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Remove the cooked mushroom and leave aside.
