Mini Non-Veg Patties
#special
Everybody loves eating Puff Pastries and there's no doubt about it. Once in a while, this Snack can be enjoyed. It's a lovely alternative for anytime Snacking or a Brunch. Mutton Mince Mini Patties are absolutely easy to whip up. I have used store bought dough for this. The only difference being that it is a mini pastry block. And not only Mutton, Chicken Mince can also be used. The spices can be of your preference. You can add more of them or delete some if you wish to change.
It can be enjoyed at tea-time with your families and friends. A perfect one for everyone. All in all an easily done Snack freshly baked at home.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°, before starting your actual cooking. It's an important step.
* Step 2
In a pan with 1 tbsp of heated oil, add your mutton mince. Let the mince cook for a minute or so before adding all of your masalas. Once done, keep it aside.
* Step 3
Take your puff pastry and place it in a diagonal manner. Put in your filling at the cente. Carefully, bring the two ends of the sheet together and pinch it down firmly. Complete doing all of those. As a final step, brush milk or egg wash over the puff pastries. After that, sprinkle some Sesame or Black Seeds or Kalonji as desired. It's purely optional.
* Step 4
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
