* Step 1

Add Makhana or Fox Nuts to a glass or mug of Milk. Let it soak overnight. Keep refrigerated. Next morning, boil it as desired with or without Sugar.

* Step 2

I don't add Sugar but you can add according to your family's preference. That's it. As simple as that. Serve it immediately.

It's the best thing one can have every morning. This can be served with Honey also for a healthy treat at Breakfast. Yum!
