#week2of5 #cookpadindia Very much similar to the Middle Eastern famous dish Shakshuka, this dish from Hyderabad has the whole eggs poached in onion and tomato gravy. This one is a lovely dish for Lunch or Dinner and a very good option for Breakfast too. Actually this is made in two different styles with the same name in many a households in the City. I will update the recipe for the one eaten at Breakfast. Do check it out friends. Made with simple pantry staples, you need only Eggs as the main ingredient apart from the Onions. This can be eaten Lemon Dal, Khatti Daal and any other side dishes like Arbi ka Khatta, Bhindi Gosht Sherwa, Hyderabadi Sojni Ki Phalli Ki Kadhi etc. All these recipes are on my profile. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute the onions in oil until light pink in colour. Add all the other ingredients, except the eggs and the coriander.

* Step 2

After the tomatoes and the onions get cooked nicely, break the eggs into it one by one. Add about one fourth cup of water from the sides of the cooking pot. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

* Step 3

In between stir it occasionally taking care not to break the eggs. Serve hot garnished with lots of coriander.
