Kasuri Methi Paneer

#week2of5 #cookpadindia An absolutely fantastic recipe that is my own and is made very often by me for my loved ones and friends both. White succulent cubes of Indian Cottage Cheese are cooked in small Fenugreek leaves and Pav Bhaji masala that just melts in your mouth. An all time superb comfort food for your families on any given day. Trust me guys, your house and your heart both will be filled with a unique aroma of fresh Fenugreek Leaves whenever you make it. You will automatically get addicted to it. Such is it's taste and texture. It's like a semi dry Sabzi. Not too gravy like nor too dry and goes very well with Parathas and especially Naans. That too homemade, healthy and pure Naans. Kids as well as the adults will love it for sure. And it's a good comfort food for the elderly too. They would enjoy it too. A super delicious anytime family meal that's super easy to make as well.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Onions with Ginger Garlic paste and Green Chillies.

* Step 2

After 3 to 4 minutes of sauteeing, add the spices and the paneer cubes. Mix well to coat all the cubes with the spices and then finally add the dry Fenugreek Leaves or Kasuri Methi.

* Step 3

Cover and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped Coriander and serve hot with Naans, Chapatis, Parathas, Zeera rice or any Pulao.
