Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs, then place into a large baking pan……
* Step 2
Season chicken thighs on both sides with black pepper and garlic powder……..
* Step 3
Wrap your bacon slices around each chicken thigh……..
* Step 4
Spread your sliced onions and green peppers all around chicken thighs……. Season on top of bacon with more black pepper and garlic powder………
* Step 5
Bake in a preheated 400° oven, uncovered, for one hour or until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked……..
