Shahi Tukda in Orange Rabri

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bread slices into circles and fry them in ghee till brown
* Step 2
Prepare the orange syrup by adding orange juice and sugar to a pan, add saffron threads and cook till it thickens and can coat a spoon when dipped in the syrup
* Step 3
Boil the milk and reduce till it thickens. Add the condensed milk, and cardamom powder and I added no sugar as the condensed milk is itself sweet.
* Step 4
Dip the bread slices in the orange syrup just for a few seconds and place on the serving plate.
* Step 5
Add the rabri on the bread slices to coat
Add the raisins, rose petals and finally drizzle the orange syrup on top of the shahi tukra s and enjoy.
