•Thai Style Stir fried Morning Glory “ Phad Pak Boong “ recipe

Ingredient

1 tbsp.

Spring Onion

1/2 tbsp.

Sugar

1 tbsp.

Fish sauce

1/2 tbsp.

Soy sauce

1.5 tbsp.

Oyster Sauce

3 pcs.

Chili

20 g.

Garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add steamed rice into water bring it to boil and turn to low heat for 12 mins. Then you will get texture boil rice same as below 😋

Egg + fish sauce + pinch of salt + spring onion • slice shrimps into small pieces as shown and add in egg mix well together • heat oil on medium heat then add egg • fry until egg can be flipped over • Done 😋 ** Heat oil on medium heat here I am testing the oil temperature by dropping some egg if the egg become fluffy straight away the oil is correct temperature**

Add all ingredients together as shown • •Use same pan with omelette however remove excess oil and turn on high heat until smoking •Add all ingredients and stir fry quickly •The tip to thai morning glory is to fry quickly on high heat •on the same plate as your Morning glory then add 2 tbsp. of water to use up the remaining sauce ** Done 😋😋
