Potato Stuffed Chilli Pepper

I have prepared the North Indian version of stuffed mirch.Generally in North India the stuffing would be either with besan with few spices or the traditional potato stuffing. Here I have prepared it with potato.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pat dry chili in a kitchen towel. Remove its stem. Slit it from center.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add boiled potatoes. Add chopped green chili. Add all dry masala and mashed potatoes with a fork.
* Step 3
Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Let this mixture cool to room temperature. Add lemon juice. Now fill it in green chili as shown in the pic below.
* Step 5
Heat a nonstick griddle and put two spoon cooking oil and cook it on low flame till chilli turn little golden. It may take 6-8 minutes. Switch off the flame.
* Step 6
Serve it hot with chapatti or parantha or as a side dish with a meal.
