Bread Masala Upma

A simple, easy and tasty snack recipe which can also be served as a breakfast recipe. Basically bread masala upma is prepared from left over bread which involves toasting of bread and then frying it with other spices and vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel Wash and Chop onion. Chop capsicum, coriander leaves. Wash and make puree of tomatoes and gather all ingredients.
* Step 2
Add a little butter on griddle and spread it. Place 3 bread slices on griddle and roast till crispie golden.
* Step 3
Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden. Remove it in a plate. Likewise repeat process for other 3 slices.
* Step 4
Now cut the bread slices in small squares with the help of kitchen scissors.
* Step 5
Now heat 1 tb spoon cooking oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden.
* Step 6
In the meanwhile, mix curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric and coriander seeds powder in tomato puree and mix it well.
* Step 7
Add this mixture in fried onions and mix and cook till oil separates. Now add chopped capsicums.
* Step 8
Cook for 2 minutes on low flame. It should remain crunchy.
* Step 9
Now add fried bread squares, chopped coriander leaves and garam masala. Add remaining butter in it. Toss it well so that all masala mixes with bread well. Don't over cook. Switch off the flame
* Step 10
Transfer it in a serving plate and serve immediately with Tomato ketchup otherwise it will become soggy.
