Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel wash and grate raddish. Chop finely 1 onion and green chilli. Wash and chop radish leaves thoroughly and Chop finely. Add all three flours in it. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and carrom seeds.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with hands so that all vegetables releases water and mixed with flour. Mix it again & again so that flours start binding and vegetables releases their water. Now with very little water (1 used 2 tb spoon) knead a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Now knead the dough again. Take a portion of dough and make a ball. With this dough I made 4 equal balls. Roll it round. Place it on pre heated non-stick griddle. Roast this side for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Flip the side and roast from other side also for 1 minute. Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 5
Serve hot garnished with fresh malai. It tastes yum and healthy and nutritious filling breakfast. Serve hot with ginger tea.
