BBQ roasted chickpea bowls (vegetarian / vegan)
I came up with this after making some delicious vegetarian grain bowls on Pinterest.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Toss chickpeas with your favorite BBQ sauce
* Step 3
Toss vegetables with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
* Step 4
Spread chickpeas and veggies out on a baking sheet
* Step 5
Start cooking millet to package directions
* Step 6
Roast chickpeas and veggies for 20 minutes
* Step 7
Serve veggies and chickpeas over millet with olive oil or extra BBQ sauce on top
