California Farm Whole Chicken Buffalo Wings Dinner
Buy a whole chicken, this shows you an easy farmers way to cut off the best parts, like breasts, legs, wings, makes six meals, use the rest for chicken dinner soup for eight meals. 14 farm meals from one 4 to 5 pound chicken, $4 to $5 dollars, 30 cents per meal.
Only two wings on the chicken, but still a tasty spicy half pound meal for two. Serve with homemade french fries , celery sticks, blue cheese dip and fresh green salad with blue cheese dressing.

Cooking time :
Marinade an hour, oven bake 18 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade wings in buffalo sauce at room temperature: melt in 4 Tbs butter, add Tbs minced elephant garlic sauce. Brush on chicken wings. Mix Tsp red spanish paprika with 1/2 cup water, drizzle over sauce on wings. Marinade one hour at room temperature.
* Step 2
To cut off the wings from a whole chicken, grab a wing, pull up the chicken, where it connects, make a cut, then separate the wingbone from the breastbone.
* Step 3
Bake low/temp high/temp in the oven. Preheat oven to 250F degrees, put wings on half size baking sheet, bake 18 minutes at 250F degrees in buffalo sauce to melt the fat inside the wings. To bake crispy, turn oven up to 450F, bake 18 minutes, turn, bake another 18 minutes. Enjoy.
* Step 4
Meanwhile, make the blue cheese dip and salad dressing, mix 1/4 cup blue cheese, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup greek yoghurt, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, Tbs lemon juice. Done. Fry french fries (see my recipe) and make salad. Enjoy
