Chicken & Rice Dinner Bake

I came up with this recipe during the pandemic when we were low on food and I was throwing things together alot.🤷🏻‍♀️ It worked perfectly! 😏👌 I'm not a big fan of chicken personally but my family is and anything that gets them eating rice and vegetables is ok with me! 😎👍

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, preheat oven to 425° & place chicken breasts into casserole baking dish. Prepare rice according to bag.

* Step 2

Then pour rice evenly around chicken breasts. Drain vegetables & pour them all around the chicken breasts as well. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, & dried onion.

* Step 3

Next, pour chicken broth evenly over entire pan contents & cover top of chicken breasts with honey mustard.

* Step 4

Lastly, top chicken with grated parmesan cheese, cover pan with foil, & place into oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done all the way through.
