Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice and dal in separate bowls for 4 hours. Then grind it in mixer. Keep it overnight to ferment. The mixture will double up in quantity after fermentation.
* Step 2
Preparing stuffing : Now heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add onion and cook till golden brown. Now add mashed potatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix and cook on low flame till done.
* Step 3
Prepare chickpeas chutney. Link attached.
* Step 4
Adjust the consistency of batter by adding water slowly. Heat a non-stick griddle and put two ladle batter on it and spread it evenly. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip the side and cook from other side also. Likewise make all dosa.
* Step 5
Now place 2 tb spoon of stuffing in centre of dosa and fold it.
