Spinach Pakoda

Spinach Pakoda

#winter21 #Post3 # Spinach or Palak pakoda are crisp and tasty deep-fried spinach fritters made with spinach leaves, gram flour (besan), onion, herbs and spices.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1 bowl

Gram flour

to taste

salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

chaat masala

as needed

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients together for making batter except water in a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and stirring it to avoid formation of lumps to a thick batter.

Wash, peel and chop onion chilli and spinach and mix in batter.

* Step 3

Heat cooking oil in a wok and deep fry pakoras from both sides.

* Step 4

Transfer it in a plate. Likewise make all the pakodas.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
