#Methi pulao or methi rice is an easy, healthy and tasty pulao made with fresh fenugreek leaves, basmati rice, mix vegetables, herbs and spices. Gluten-free and vegan recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and chop all vegetables. Wash and Soak rice for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and all whole masale and ginger and fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add peas and methi and mix and saute for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 4
Add all dry masale and rice. Mix thoroughly. Add water.
* Step 5
Pressure cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 6
Serve hot with curd or pickle
