Potato pakoda recipe is a simple and easy snack which is a Punjabi style aloo pakora. Moist and soft on inside and crisp outside is potato pakoda, unlike other pakoda’s. Aloo pakoda is made with simple and basic ingredients that are easily available in every household.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Gram flour in a, mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly and stirring it to avoid formation of lumps. Add all dry masale in it and mix well.
* Step 2
Peel wash and Chop potatoes in thin rounds and deep fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 3
Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Dip these fried potato rounds in besan mixture.
* Step 5
Drop these rounds one by one in hot oil in a wok and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove the pakodas in a plate.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
