Multi Grain Bread's Pakoda

Bread Pakoda is an easy to make recipe and is a popular North Indian snack.
You may use any type of bread for this bread pakoda recipe. You may use white bread, brown bread, whole wheat bread or multi grain bread. I always make it with multi Grain Bread as it increases the nutrition Value and is a filling breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add besan in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Slit bread slices diagonally in two. Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread in the gram flour batter.
* Step 3
Deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.. Like wise make all the pakodas.
* Step 4
Serve hot with onion coriander chutney.
