A very healthy and crunchy snack for evening tea.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add semolina, cooking Oil, salt, water and curd in a mixing bowl. Grate boiled potato, ginger and add all dry masale and mix and mash.
* Step 2
Add potato mixture in semolina and knead it like a dough.
* Step 3
Take a small portion of dough and make small balls with the help of hands and then roll as fingers. Like wise make all the fingers.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a wok add fingers and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 5
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint dip.
