Masala Milk

Ingredient

milk

1 piece

cardamom

1 " piece

ginger

1 pinch

nutmeg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a pan. Slow the flame when milk comes to boiling point. Let it simmer on low flame till it is 1/3rd.

In the meanwhile coarsely grind all the ingredients like green and black cardamom, black pepper seeds, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

* Step 3

Mix coarsely ground mixture in the milk. Add turmeric powder and allow it to simmer on low flame for 5 minutes. Add shakkar. Now pour it in serving glasses through the sieve.

* Step 4

Serve hot garnished with chopped pistachio.
