Plain Idli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and Daal in Water thoroughly. Soak overnight.
* Step 3
Grind it to a smooth paste.
* Step 4
Add little water to adjust the consistency of batter.
* Step 5
Grease idli mould properly and pour 1 tbsp batter in each mould.
* Step 6
Heat 1 glass of water in pressure cooker. Put idli mould in it and cover the lid (without weight) and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. Keep aside for half an hour.
* Step 7
Now open the lid and remove idli from the mould with the help of a knife. Serve with chutney and sambhar.
