Ginger pickle is an appetizer.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and wash ginger. Pat dry it.
* Step 2
Cut small pieces of ginger lengthwise.
* Step 3
Add salt to taste. Mix well. It will turn pinkish in colour.
* Step 4
Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
* Step 5
Ginger pickle is ready to serve. It goes yummicios with Sarso ka SAAG and chhole bhature.
