Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast vermicelli on low flame.
* Step 2
Add 2 tbsp pure ghee and roast again for a few minutes. Remove almond skin and cut in halves.
* Step 3
In a separate pan heat 4 bowls of water. Add sugar and continue stirring till sugar dissolves completely in water.
* Step 4
Now add this water in roasted vermicelli and stir. Now add magaz, grated coconut, pistachio, cashew and stir for two minutes. When water comes to boil lower the flame. Cover with lid and cook till oil leaves the karahi and water is soaked by vermicelli.
* Step 5
Add two spoons of sugar stir and switch off the flame. This sugar is added to give a crunchy taste.
* Step 6
Serve hot with milk, garnished with almonds.
