Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, chop and cut cauliflower and potatoes in small pieces. Wash properly in a sieve draining excess water.

* Step 2

Now in a karahi heat oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger and tomato paste into the karahi and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well for a minute on low flame.

* Step 4

Now add cut cauliflower and potatoes stir gently and cover with lid cook on low flame. Switch off the flame after 10 minutes and keep aside

* Step 5

Transfer the vegetable in a serving bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle garam masala and serve hot with chapatti.
