Ingredient

1 bowl

Urad Daal

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

Raisins

200 gm

Curd

to taste

Black pepper

2 tbsp

Imli sounth

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak urad Daal for 4 hours and then grind it to a smooth paste. Add salt in it.

* Step 2

In a karahi heat oil and put urad Daal mixture in it with the help of a spoon in the form of small balls and fry till golden brown colour.

Now in a separate pan heat water and put urad Daal balls in it. Switch off the flame and keep aside balls soaked in hot water.

After half an hour remove all balls from water and squeeze excess water by pressing them between your palms.

* Step 5

Now in a bowl filled with curd put all the balls. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper. Add imli sounth and mint chutney over it. Decorate it with shredded ginger and pomegranate seeds.
