Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak all the three Daals for 4 hours and then grind it to a smooth paste in a mixer. Add salt to taste at the time of grinding. Set aside for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Now add hing, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper and mix well. Add little water to get required consistency.
* Step 3
Now in a karahi heat oil and put the mixture with a spoon in the form of ladoo and fry till golden brown.
* Step 4
Serve hot with sauce and hot tea.
