Mint chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and pluck mint leaves and coriander leaves finely.

* Step 2

Chop onion, tomato, ginger and green chilli.

* Step 3

Grind all the items in mixer to a smooth paste.

* Step 4

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder and squeeze a lemon in it. Grind again for a second to mix well.

* Step 5

Mint chutney is ready. It can be used with snacks and with meal. You can store it for 2-3days. It is an excellent appetiser.
