Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan and cook soffritto for a few minutes. Skin the sausage and then add to the pan. Brown for about 5 mins then add most of the passata sauce, saving a little for later. Simmer for about 30 mins. Season to taste
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 180. Lay out your lasagna sheet on a plate. Add a spoonful of sauce on top and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Roll up and add to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Continue until all ingredients are finished. Add remaining passata sauce on top and spread evenly
* Step 3
Now add beschmel and spread evenly. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and pop in the oven for about 20 mins
* Step 4
Leave to rest for 10 mins before serving
