Pan-fried sea bass on a bed of yoghurt and dill potatoes
Inspired by my trip to Finland. The key here is the sauce for the potatoes. Delicious 😀 #fish #seafood #mycookbook #dinner #mainmeal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Set a side in fridge
* Step 2
Peel and chop potatoes. Boil in salted water until cooked. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan. When it bubbles, add the fish and cook until skin is crispy. Turn over to finish cooking for a min while you finish the potatoes
* Step 3
Add a spoonful of the sauce to the potatoes (I saved the rest which I'll use for another recipe) crush or mash potatoes. Plate them up using a pastry ring. Add fish on top and enjoy 😊
