Linguine con ragú di polpo e porcini

Delicious strong flavours here with the octopus and mushrooms. Works really well together. The slow cooked ragú sauce is rich and tasty 😀 #Italian #pasta #seafood #dinner #mainmeal

Ingredient

500 g

pasta

Glass

water

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop mushrooms into small pieces. Wash and chop octopus into small pieces. Fry onions, carrots and celery in a little oil

* Step 2

After a few minutes add the mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Then add octopus and turn up the heat. Add wine and let it evaporate

* Step 3

Turn down the heat to low. Add tomatoes, stock cube and glass of water. Stir and simmer for about an hour. Half way through cooking, bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Drain pasta al dente, add to sauce. Mix well

* Step 4

Serve with fresh parsley and the rest of the wine 😀
