Spaghetti con i finferli spaghetti with chanterelle mushrooms

In certain parts of northern Italy these wonderful earthy mushrooms can already be found. So after a trip to the mountains, we saw them in the local market. Great for a simple, but delicious pasta! #italian #pasta #spaghetti #mushrooms #dinner #lunch #mainmeal

500 g

spaghetti

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Wash mushrooms well and chop. Fry garlic gently in oil. After 2-3 mins add mushrooms and turn up the heat. Add glug of wine and let it evaporate. Cook for another 5-6 mins

* Step 2

Add fresh parsley to sauce (or add on top at the end.) Remove garlic. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Mix well and serve with a drizzle of oil on top :)
