Lamb Qorma

This Qorma is very easy delicious,rich,tasty and you get a flavour of the famous Qorma. Give it a try!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok heat 1/2 cup oil. Add sliced onion and fry until brown. Take out fried onion in a big tray and spread. In same oil add 1/2 cup more, heat and add meat and ginger & garlic paste, mix well until meat change color. Add salt, coriander powder, whole spices, turmeric and red chili powder and mix well for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Add yogurt and mix well. On low flame let meat cook for 35-45 minutes add 1/2 cup or 1 cup water if meat is not tender. Take fried onion and grind it finely. Add it to meat and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well. Add garam masala, grinded cardamom, grinded nutmeg & Mace and mix well and let it cook till all meat tender. Add kewra essence / kewra water and cover and let it cook for 5-10 minutes on lower flame.

* Step 3

Delicious Lamb Korma is ready to serve garnish with ginger julienne and fresh chopped coriander.
