Andhra Fish Pulusu
#myrecipe Back to childhood memories. My favourite fish stew tastes sour and spicy at the same time.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a flat pan add oil and then add fenugreek seeds
* Step 2
Add onions green chillies curry leaves and coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Satea them for few minutes then add all spices and cook for few seconds.
* Step 4
Then add fish pieces and see that all the fish pieces are well coated with the curry mixture.
* Step 5
Cook for few minutes and then add tamarind paste.
* Step 6
Then cook untill the stew comes to boil. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame
* Step 7
Serve with rice. Taste evolves next day of cooking.
