Fish egg fritters in tamarind chutney

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/2 cup

plain flour

2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

soyabean oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix properly the flour,gram flour,red chilli powder,salt to taste with the fish egg.

* Step 2

Add soyabean oil and add spoonful mixture of fish egg and fry untill it turns into golden brown

* Step 3

Mix all spices(chilli powder,turmeric powder) with tamarind pulp and add 1 cup water then mIx well

* Step 4

Now in a pan add dry red chilli, 2 teaspoon panchforon then add tamarind pulp mixture.Add sugar to taste.shake it properly now.

* Step 5

After 7 min add the fried fish egg

* Step 6

After 5 min it will be served with Rice as a sour item.
