How to Make Mushroom Stroganoff l Easy and Delicious 20-minute Dinner l Vegetarian
Learn how to make mushroom stroganoff with an incredible creamy sauce. I made a vegetarian version for you. This is an easy and delicious 20-minute dinner. Try this flavored recipe and you will surprise even the most demanding gourmet.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice mushrooms and cook them in a dry pan until all the moisture will come out. Meanwhile, slice up the onion into bigger pieces and mince the garlic finely.
* Step 2
Once all the moisture is gone, add oil, garlic, onion, and salt. Cook everything until the onion is ready.
* Step 3
Prepare the thickening sauce: Mix yogurt with flour and tomato puree. Once the onion is medium-ready, add sauce and our stroganoff will be thick and creamy. Stir it from time to time, as the sauce will thicken our stroganoff, so it won't burn.
* Step 4
Season it according to your taste with some salt. Add some water. Slice the pickles.
* Step 5
Add paprika powder and cook everything for 10 minutes approximately on low heat. Add sliced pickles, cook it for a while. Once ready remove the pan and add a lot of finely chopped parsley leaves.
* Step 6
And stroganoff is ready. You can serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.
