Mini Pizza

Mini or big, round or square, thick or thin, every pizza is beautiful

Ingredient

Food ration :

Makes 10 mini pizzas

Cooking time :

1 hr 15 minutes
2 cups

flour

Pinch

salt

1 tsp

sugar

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together to form a dough and knead for 10 minutes. Allow dough to rise for 45 minutes.

* Step 2

In a pan, add tomato paste, ketchup, chili sauce, seasoning cube, curry and Italian spice and mix. Allow until it comes to a boil then switch off heat.

* Step 3

After dough has risen, roll out dough and cut into circles. Place on a pan, spread pizza sauce then add all toppings of your choice.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy 😋
