Filled doughnuts

Fluffy, soft and airy doughnuts. This is a must try🥰

Ingredient

4 cups

flour

1

egg

1/4 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

butter

1 tablespoon

yeast

3 tbsp

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, add flour, sugar, yeast, egg, milk and warm water and knead for 10 mins. Then add your butter and knead again for 15 minutes. Allow dough to rest for 5 mins.

* Step 2

Then cut dough into 12 equal sizes or use ur scale to measure dough to 90g. Then carefully mould them into ball shape and arrange on a baking tray and allow to rise for 45 mins.

* Step 3

Put oil in a pan and fry the doughnuts on low heat until golden brown. Allow doughnuts to cool completely before filling.

* Step 4

Use a skewer or table knife to poke a hole into the doughnuts. Then pour ur filling of choice(I used Nutella) in a piping bag and pipe into the doughnuts. Serve and enjoy
