Samosa & spring roll
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the samosa dough, mix all your ingredients together to make a dough then knead for 5 mins. Allow to rest for 5 mins then cut out ur dough and roll flat then put it in a pan for a min.
* Step 2
For the spring rolls sheet. Mix all ingredients together until not to thick and not too watery. Then in a non stick pan, use your brush to apply d mixture in d pan. The sides will start coming out then remove it.
* Step 3
For the filling, put little oil in a pan, add ur onions and stir fry then ur minced meat and fry until brown. Then add ur scotch bonnet, carrot and seasonings and stir fry until soft.
* Step 4
Bring ur samosa dough and cut it into four. Take one piece and put ur filling then cover it. For the spring rolls put ur filling and then roll it. Then fry in hot oil.
