Peel and wash your yam. Then grate them using the smallest part of your grater.

* Step 2

Add your scotch bonnet and slice your onions into tiny pieces. Add little maggi and salt to taste. Then mix it

* Step 3

Pour oil in a pan and fry(like how u fry puff puff)
