Bathua Raita is a great variation to Raita and tastes heavenly with Pulao or Steamed rice
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add the yogurt and whisk, set aside
* Step 2
Wash bathua leaves and add to blender to blend smooth
* Step 3
Add to yoghurt and mix well
* Step 4
Add red chilli powder, salt and black salt and mix well.
* Step 5
For tempering - in a wok heat oil, add cumin seeds, whole red chilli and minced garlic. Stir for 2 seconds and add to raita
