Shrimp Spring Roll

Shrimp Spring Roll is one of my favourite snack. Using Spring Roll Wrapper sheets, this roll has shrimps, carrots and Shitake mushrooms
Ingredient
Food ration :
4-5 servings
Cooking time :
Prep time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take prawns, wash, devein and chop fine
* Step 2
Take carrots and julienne and soak Shitake mushrooms for 15 mins in warm water
* Step 3
Mince garlic and in a pan heat sunflower oil and add minced garlic, fry for 1 min, add shopped prawns and cook until pink in colour
* Step 4
Add chopped Shitake mushrooms and cook for 3-4 mins
* Step 5
Add julienned carrots and cook for 2 mins, add oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, sesame oil and mix well. Set aside to cool
* Step 6
Take a spring roll wrapper and wet on both sides. Let it soften, add the filling in the centre, roll twice
* Step 7
Fold from both corners and roll again till the end, press, set aside to complete the batch
* Step 8
In a wok heat adequate oil and add 2 rolls at a time and on medium flame fry for 2-3 mins, set aside
* Step 9
Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce and enjoy 😊
