Winter or Summer Kimchi Fried Rice is a very popular cuisine. I made and enjoyed a lot. Reminded me of my visit to Seoul when I truly enjoyed Kimchi a lot
Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3 servings
Cooking time :
Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the rice and drain, set aside.
* Step 2
Take the Kimchi and chop fine, retain the juice for further use
* Step 4
In a wok heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil and when smoking hot add the Kimchi and stir for few seconds, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 min to get an aroma
* Step 5
Add the cooked rice and the kimchi juice, red chilli paste and mix well so that all rice is coated well, drizzle 1 Tbsp sesame oil
* Step 6
Once mixed well, set aside
* Step 7
Plate with drizzling sesame oil, a poached egg, black sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Enjoy 😊
