Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hand pound meat if possible or use minced meat

* Step 2

In a blender add black cardamoms and green cardamoms and make a powder

* Step 3

In the same blender add meat, add cardamom powder, add onion paste, ginger powder, one egg, salt and lard blended paste and blend smooth. Set aside

* Step 4

With little water make a dough. Set aside. Make balls and wet your hands with water and make the balls as it will be easy to make the balls. The balls should be smooth

* Step 5

In a wok add the yogurt add the whole black cardamoms, green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, ginger powder, ginger garlic paste and whisk well to have it smooth.

* Step 6

Bring this whisked yogurt to boil on high flame to get first boil, once done, reduce the flame and add a egg, whisk, add 1.5 cups hot water and whisk well

* Step 7

Add the meat balls carefully and add fried onions and fried onion oil, mix.

* Step 8

Cover and on low flame cook. Once balls are cooked and Yakhni is reduced, set aside

* Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Roti or Rice
