Chocolate Soufflé

#valentine2022 Soufflé is a classic dessert meant for any occasion. I chose to make for Valentine’s Day

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-3hrs
500 ml

milk

5 Tbsp

sugar

1.5 cups

heavy cream

3 Tbsp

cornflour

2 Tbsp

gelatin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and add sugar, on medium flame stir to dissolve sugar completely.

* Step 2

In a separate bowl add cornflour and water and mix well. Add this mix to milk and milk will thicken, set aside

* Step 3

In a bowl add gelatin and water and put in MW for 2 seconds

* Step 4

Whisk the cream until hard peaks and add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, mix well

* Step 5

Add this mix to milk mix and mix well. Add gelatin and mix well

* Step 6

Pour this mix in a dessert bowl and put in freezer for 2 hrs until it sets

* Step 7

Plate and garnish with chocolate powder, cherries and mint leaves. Enjoy a classic Soufflé
