Garlic Rasam is very unique to taste and so different from the traditional one.

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-40 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add tomatoes, whole black peppercorns, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt, minced garlic and make a paste. Set aside
* Step 2
In a wok add the Tomato paste, add Rasam powder, 2 cups water, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 mins
* Step 3
Add curry leaves and coriander leaves, add cooked Tuvar Dal, add 3/4 cup water if needed. Mix well. Set aside
* Step 4
In a wok heat ghee and add mustard seeds, add Hing and when it splutters add Deghi Mirch and curry leaves. Add to the Rasam and mix well
* Step 5
Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with Rice
