Pork & Cabbage Risotto

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop Onion and Bell pepper.
* Step 2
Measure Coleslaw mix, wash and drain. Or shred cabbage for the same amount.
* Step 3
Remove surface fat* from Pork loin, then Cut it into strips. *Discard the fat.
* Step 4
Heat a large pot to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil.
* Step 5
Fry Pork loin strips until surface turns white, then add vegetables and cook until onion becomes slightly transparent.
* Step 6
Add Soup stock, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic powder, Italian herb mix and Ground pepper.
* Step 7
Add rice and combine thoroughly. Bring to boil.
* Step 8
Reduce heat at Med-Low temperature. Cover with lid and cook 25-30 min until rice tender.
